Is there a charge to create our store?
No. We take care of all the setup and hosting fees. You just need to promote your store to your school community and help make it a success.
Does our school need to purchase inventory?
No. All items are produced on demand, so we only make what has been ordered. There’s no need for your school to purchase or hold inventory.
Who collects the payments?
We collect all payments through our secure online payment system. Parents simply pay online by credit or debit card, and WSC Image matches each payment directly to their order.
Can our school use the store as a fundraiser?
Yes. WSC Image can set a fundraising percentage for your store. The funds raised can then be returned to the parent, parent association, or other group running the fundraiser.
How are the orders delivered?
Orders are delivered directly to the school by courier. School orders over $300 ship free. Each order is individually packed by student and labelled with the teacher’s name, making distribution at the school quick and easy.
Can teams and clubs have their own merchandise?
Yes. Teams, clubs and other school groups can easily set up their own merchandise store. The organizer simply chooses the products they want to offer, and we take care of the rest.
How long does the program take?
We recommend running your store for 2–4 weeks, giving parents plenty of time to place their orders. Once the ordering deadline has passed, we sort, order, produce, individually pack and ship everything to your school.
Production and delivery typically take 2–4 weeks after the store closes, depending on the size of the order and the time of year.
